2021 in Review
2021 was another year which was filled with uncertainty and confusion. Due to the state of the world, travel was restricted which intern gave us a chance to explore our local neighbourhoods. In a way I was in particularly fortunate; although not being able to visit friends and family back in the UK, my new home Canada was calling me into the mountains and beyond.
These are a few of my favourite images of 2021. I hope you enjoy.

Lundbreck Falls, Alberta, Canada - January 2021 Lundbeck Falls is a popular destination as it has 2 waterfalls side by side. Unfortunately arriving there in late January 2021 we were a month or 2 late and one of the falls had already froze...despite this and temperatures dipping down to -36 the colours in the morning sky made up for it.
Lundbreck Falls Pano - January 2021
Saskatchewan River, Medicine Hat, Alberta - February 2021 With restrictions in full swing, we decided to stay safe in February and remain where we currently reside in Medicine Hat. On a Sunday morning I decided to capture sunrise and as the sun came up and started to reflect in the partially frozen water all the stresses for a moment seemed far away.
Tangled - February 2021 On a late night walk in Police Point Park, Medicine Hat, Alberta, the sun had gone down and I was disappointed to not have found an image. AsI turned the corner to head back towards the car in front of me above some gnarly trees the moon had started to appear with still a slither of colour laying the sky.
